The Brief

A technically complex product that needed to be investor-legible in 10 minutes.

NeuralTwiin builds AI-powered digital twins that replicate and monitor industrial systems in real time. Louis Paul came to Albusi with a clear product and a strong technical vision, but a deck that wasn't translating that vision into a fundable story.

The challenge: communicate a deep-tech product to a mixed audience of hardware-literate VCs and generalist investors, without losing the sophistication that makes the product compelling. We needed a clean narrative arc, strong competitive framing, and a visual identity that matched the precision of the technology.

Process

Stage 01

Call

A 60-minute intake call to map the business, the technology, and the target investors. We researched comparable companies that had raised at similar stages, identified the positioning gaps, and defined the narrative angle before writing a single word.

Stage 02

Storyboarding

A one-page storyboard was built first. Each slide was mapped as a single idea with a specific job: what it needs to prove, what it needs to feel like, what the investor should be thinking when they leave it. This document went through two review rounds before any design started.

Stage 03

Design

The storyboard became the spec for the final deck. An 11-slide pitch deck in a dark, precise visual language that mirrors the industrial precision of the product. Delivered in PPT and PDF, with a revision round before the final file was locked.
