Back in the days, a business startup expert had the job of knowing what how to consult and execute. For instance, if fundraising was required for a business, that expert would advise on a financial model and create one.
But nowadays, the game has shifted. It’s still the job of a consultant to consult, but execution is now belonging to a different employee – Artificial intelligence.
Tools like Claude, Gemini, and GPT handle the execution quite well. We recently created an entire 3 statement financial model for a large US company with the assistance of Claude.
Startup Expert Deck Review
For this particular reason, the world has been shifting towards offering AI services. It’s not a luxury anymore. For instance, we’ve recently launched a pitch deck review service that involves a human review + AI prompts. So that we’d take the best out of both worlds.
Every single company is doing so. From Google to Mcdonalds, AI is being implemented as the business expert. But when it comes to startups, the need is even stronger.
Startup business experts know that one of the biggest problem in launching startups is what some call, The Cold Start problem, as in the push that is needed to start the car (or in this case, the startup.)
It used to take months to create a workable minimum viable product. Now these months have shrunk to weeks, and even days. I’ve personally seen products from ideation to execution in 5 days.
Actually, the page we’ve created for our new service was almost entirely made with Visual Studio’s integration of Google’s Gemini.
The Shift of Business Startup Experts
- GPT is a business expert.
- Gemini, Claude are also startup business experts.
But the world was always full of experts. What distinguished the good ones from the average ones was their creative thinking. This does not change in the age of AI.
A business startup expert will still be valued if they can give something AI tools can’t. But that’s all under the umbrella of thought, and strategy.
Execution, on the other hand, as mentioned earlier, is already being adopted by AI. The integration of both human business startup experts and AI tools is the only smart path moving forward.
- Some will entirely rely on AI.
- Others will entirely rely on humans, in an old fashioned way.
While both are slowed down, the startups consulting business experts and executing with AI will feel the proper effect of growth.
